How much does Coldstar cost?
Nothing. The radio is free and has no ads, no account is needed to listen.
What is the sound quality?
Two streams: MP3 256 kbit/s, 44.1 kHz, and MP3 128 kbit/s, 22 kHz for slow connections. Switch them with the "low" and "high" buttons by the player.
What music plays?
Hand-picked melodic trance, progressive house, house, techno and deep. Radio shows air on schedule between the rotation.
How do I find out what is playing now?
The main page has the tracklist of the air. Most radio shows have a live tracklist on the site: it shows which track of the set is playing right now.
Can I influence what plays?
Yes. Liked tracks come back on air more often. A like works without an account too: a guest like lasts a day and weighs less.
How do I save a track I like?
Sign in: liked tracks and the show tracklist lines you star gather on the "My tracks" page with links to music services.
Why does the track change later in an app than on the site?
Players keep a few seconds of sound in reserve so the stream does not break up. So the sound lags behind the tracklist on the site by those seconds.
